A family salad recipe? This is it - kids love the sweet burst of cranberries, adults love anything kids will eat, it's a win-win. We love it paired with lamb meatballs for dinner or even as a side dish in an easy steak dinner. The dressing is a healthy mix of yoghurt, mayo and honey that can be made a few days ahead and kept, covered in the fridge. It's also perfect for traveling to a potluck dinner or even for meal prepping with offices lunches. Trust us, you'll find plenty of ways to incorporate this dish into your meal plans.
